This service is required for any remote code loading or remote configurations for the control system and audio DSPs/amplifiers. A technician is required to stay on site for system testing. Remote programming support for system configuration via an Integrator provided local PC with administrative access to install software and remote session support. The Integrator is required to have a certified technician onsite with PC that supports dual network connections - one hardwired connection; the second connection can be Wi-Fi or ethernet but does require an active outbound Internet connection. Requires onsite certified technician to test and finalize calibration using onsite testing and calibration equipment. System Line Drawings are a requirement for any programming services by ADI.
