A member of the Reader Extender product family, the SIO-7100 allows 1-reader and associated door / gate hardware to be located up to 10,000' away from any RS-485 device. The 2-conductor connection is totally supervised and secure. Requires Cypress SIO SDK using SIO Protocol.
