The 72-9C-IN is the taller of two in-ground pedestal mounts meant to hold card readers, intercoms, keypads, telephone entry systems and housings. Whereas the 72-9C-IN is the tallest in-ground unit, it has a shorter, more cost-effective companion pedestal model 64-9C-IN which allows just a little less length on the post to bury into the ground or to stand a little shorter from ground level.
