The unit’s DIP switches provide flexibility in configuration. The SSF-SSF-SFP-RJ452POE-1G’s single SFP slot allows both Gigabit and Fast Ethernet operation. All SFP types are accepted, including multimode, single-mode, CWDM, DWDM, or BiDi. BiDi allows bi-directional transmission over a single strand of fiber. Fiber port speed, LFP function, or transparent or switching converter mode can be adjusted via DIP sw.
