This portable "WideBand™ IR" Test Lamp is used to test “end-to-end” Fire Sentry Corporation (FSC) Model FS24X, and FS18X Multi-Spectrum ElectroOptical Fire and Flame Detectors only and will not test other manufacturers’ IR flame detectors.

Other manufacturers’ IR Test Lamps should not be used to test Fire Sentry Corporation Detectors because Fire Sentry Detectors are designed to reject pulsing test lights as false alarm sources. This indoor/outdoor Test Lamp is powered by rechargeable batteries.

Class I, Div. 1 approved explosion-proof test lamp (flame simulator) for testing Fire Sentry FSX, FS24X (IR3) and FS20X (UV, IR and IR/UV) Flame Detectors externally in a hazardous location. Flame detectors that detect at 185-235 nm UV, near IR, wideband IR and 4.4 u IR radiation. The hand held Test Lamp comes with a Universal Charger (110 VAC and 220 VAC).
