The Pass & Seymour by Legrand 8200-HI is a compact, high-grade duplex receptacle designed for 15A, 125V applications, offering reliable electrical connectivity. The one-piece heat-treated triple-wipe brass power contacts ensure a secure electrical connection, complemented by an easily accessible break-off line contact tab for flexible split circuit wiring. Installation is simplified with tri-drive terminal and mounting screws, an auto-ground clip for assured grounding, and the ability to accommodate 14 and 10AWG copper or copper-clad conductors through internal screw-pressure-plate back wire and side wire line terminals. This receptacle is engineered for safety, with a maximum 30°C temperature rise after rigorous overload testing, making it suitable for demanding electrical environments.
