The On-Q IG8800-LA from Pass & Seymour by Legrand is an isolated ground duplex receptacle designed for hospital-grade electrical installations. It features IG symbol and Isolated Ground markings for clear identification and circuit delineation. The receptacle includes triple-wipe brass contacts for reliable electrical connection and a high-impact resistant nylon face that withstands impacts and scrapes. Its corrosion-resistant plated steel strap and patented external screw-pressure-plate back wire clamp on the ground terminal facilitate installation efficiency. The product also offers side and internal screw-pressure-plate back wire capability compatible with #14 - #10 AWG copper or copper-clad wires, ensuring a positive ground with an auto-ground clip.
