The On-Q PS30AC1-W 30A 120/277VAC B+S WIRE SP SW by Pass & Seymour by Legrand is a heavy-duty electrical switch designed for reliable performance and longevity. It features an external screw-pressure-plate back and side wiring accepting #14 - #10 AWG copper or copper-clad conductors, alongside a heavy-gauge one-piece copper alloy contact arm that reduces contact bounce. The cam mechanism ensures fast "make" and positive "break" actions to minimize arcing, while oversized silver alloy contacts enhance heat dissipation and contact life. Built with high-strength thermoplastic polycarbonate toggle, a glass-reinforced nylon back body, and heavy-duty bumper pads for quiet operation, it also includes a grounding terminal and a shallow design to facilitate installation.
