Elite security protects connected smart home products, data, IP and users. Based on your gateway’s capabilities, the switch supports Z-Wave LR and Z-Wave Classic inclusion. It connects directly to the hub up to 1,300ft. away when added using Z-Wave Long Range. Z-Wave LR also penetrates walls, which effectively reduces interference. If paired as Z-Wave Classic, the smart switch is backward compatible with all generations and extends the range of your mesh network by up to 150ft.
