The patented EXO-EX Die™ is designed for use with the EXO Crimp Frame™ to terminate ezEX-RJ45™ connectors, which are ideal for larger Cat6 and Cat6A cables and conductors. This die enables a single-cycle crimp and flush trim, ensuring a secure and efficient termination. It is easily interchangeable and reversible for ambidextrous use, and features a locking mechanism that holds connectors in place for proper positioning during crimping. Compatible with ezEX™44 and ezEX™48 connectors, the EXO-EX Die™ supports pass-through RJ45 terminations with an integrated Hi-Lo stagger for optimal performance. U.S. Patent No. 10,490,963 B2.
