By combining ADI and Snap One storefronts, we now offer an even wider selection of products and services in one convenient location, making it easier for you to find what you need and complete your projects efficiently. Find answers to frequently asked questions about shopping, rewards and support at your new combined store.

What’s changing?

All purchases made at a combined store require an ADI account:

I’m new to ADI. How do I activate an ADI online account?

Activating an ADI online account unlocks even more products and solutions. To get started, visit www.adiglobaldistribution.us/MyAccount/signin and complete the online account registration form. The Account # and Suffix # are required to complete the form and have been shared to the primary account user by Email. If you did not receive the email, please contact your store for more details. How do I file or complete the tax exemption form?

You will need to submit a new tax certificate to [email protected]. Please complete the supplier name with “Resideo LLC dba ADI” or “ADI”.

I have an ADI account, but I don't have a website login. What do I do?

Easy! Create your web login for the ADI website HERE.

I don’t remember my ADI login ID or password. What do I do?

On the sign-in page for “My Account” on adiglobal.com/us, utilize the “Forgot username or password” under the sign-in button. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your store

How do I manage users and contacts on my ADI account?

Do purchases at the new consolidated ADI store count toward Partner Rewards points?

Yes. All purchases made at our consolidated store will continue to count toward your Partner Rewards points.

Do I receive rewards pricing discounts at the new ADI store?

Yes. Customers enrolled in the Snap One Partner Rewards program with Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond status will continue to receive special pricing discounts on eligible products from ADI exclusive brands.

My invoices from the new ADI store aren’t showing under recent orders on the Snap One homepage. Are my purchases still counting toward Partner Rewards?

Yes. While invoices from combined stores will not be displayed on the homepage dashboard, all purchases are included in your overall point totals, which are reflected on your account.

How can I track my status and progress in the Snap One Partner Rewards program? How long does it take for points to appear in my account?

You can track your rewards progress on the homepage dashboard of the Snap AV Partner portal. Additional details are available on your Account Summary page under ‘Rewards Status’.

  • Snap One account purchases: Points appear within 24-48 hours after invoicing.
  • ADI account purchases: Points for ADI exclusive brand purchases appear within 24-48 hours after invoicing. Points for distributed brand purchases are added at the end of each quarter.

Are there any changes to the freight policy?

Yes. Customers enrolled in the Snap One Partner Rewards program with Bronze status or higher are eligible for free ground freight on orders placed through ADI, at a Snap One Partner Store or Snap AV. Restrictions apply to certain markets and other limitations may apply. Contact your local store for details.

How do I return products to the new store?

Products must be returned to the account from which they were originally purchased. Products purchased at ADI or a Snap One Partner Store can be returned to any combined storefront, following the original purchase channel’s policy:

Products purchased at Snap AV must be returned according to its standard returns process.

Has technical support changed, and where can I get assistance with in-store or AV sales support?

Snap One and Snap AV technical support remain the same. You can continue to access Snap AV’s dedicated tech support team for assistance. In addition, your local store’s AV team will remain available as a resource for ordering, project guidance and in-person support. Contact your store for more details.

What are ADI exclusive brands?

ADI exclusive brands include products designed and manufactured by ADI, Snap One, Control4, Clare or Access Networks. These exclusive brands are only available at ADI and Snap One, and offer unique features, pricing and rewards benefits.

What are distributed brands?

Distributed brands refer to products that are not manufactured by ADI, Snap One, Control4, Clare or Access Networks. Examples of a distributed brand include Sonos, Yamaha, Lutron, BenQ and Atlona.
