Call Us When You Arrive
When you arrive, call your store and let them know you are outside. An ADI store associate will bring your order to your vehicle.
Curbside Pickup FAQs
What is Curbside Pickup?
Curbside Pickup service allows customers to pick up their orders at the store without going inside the store. An ADI team member will bring orders out to your car.
Can I get Curbside Pickup on all ADI orders?
This service is only available for items that are in-stock and eligible for store pickup.
How do I pay for curbside pickups?
Curbside orders must be paid in advance via credit card or your ADI net terms account. Cash payment will not be accepted.
What will happen in the event of inclement weather?
If inclement weather is occurring in your location, please call your store before you place an order to confirm if and how they are providing curbside service.
Does this service apply if I order a large item?
Large orders will need to be picked up on the dock. Our team members will not be able to provide curbside service. An ADI representative will advise you if this is the case when you call.
Is there a specific location at the store where I need to park for Curbside Pickup?
Each store should have a designated area for Curbside Pickup. When you call your store upon arrival, be sure to ask where you should park.
