ADI and ECD Combined Store FAQ
By combining ADI and Electronic Custom Distributors (ECD) storefronts, we now offer an even wider selection of products and services in one convenient location, making it easier for you to find what you need and complete your projects efficiently. Find answers to frequently asked questions about shopping, rewards, and support at your new combined store.
All purchases made at a combined store require an ADI account:
- Use your ADI account to shop in-store or online at www.adiglobaldistribution.us for access to our full range of products.
- All pickup orders must be placed through the ADI website at www.adiglobaldistribution.us
- Orders placed through www.ecdcom.com are for shipping only and cannot be picked up in-store.
You can still make purchases through the ECD website until ECD is fully integrated with ADI. All orders placed through the ECD website are for shipping only.
- The primary user will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a password.
- If you do not see the email, you can attempt to reset your password.
- If you are unable to reset your password or want to set up additional email accounts, you can fill out the form to set up a new online account.
Please forward all tax certificates to [email protected] along with your ADI customer account number.
Use the online registration form to create a website login.
Click “Forgot your username or password?” under the sign-in button on the “My Account” page.

- Add additional users: Sign in to your account on www.adiglobaldistribution.us → view your account dashboard → click “add a new user” under the account settings.
- Change the main contact on your ADI account: Call our credit team at 800.545.6776 or email [email protected].
Sign in to your ADI account to view your terms and credit information. If you have questions regarding your terms, reach out to your local store for more information.
Yes, you can pay your invoices online. Learn more here.
Your account information can be found on the ADI website (adiglobaldistribution.us) under the account dashboard dropdown. The account dashboard includes information such as your account settings, order information, return information, and more.
No, any open credits at ECD will not be transferred to ADI. You may continue to use your ECD account to purchase ECD products through the ECD website until ECD fully integrates with ADI.
No, your open invoices will not be transferred to ADI for payment and should be paid at ECD.

Products must be returned to the account from which they were originally purchased. Products purchased at an ADI or ECD store can be returned to any combined storefront, following the original purchase channel’s policy:
