Where can I find my Spend Analytics Report?
You can access the report here or through My Account > Spend Analytics Report in the My Orders section
Who has access to the Spend Analytics Report?
You must have full access and accounting credentials in order to view the report.
How can I view the data?
You can view your spend data via month to date or year to date using the filters in the drop-down menu.
Do I have to pay for access to the Spend Analytics Report?
No. The dashboard is completely free for customers with the correct credentials.
Can I download the information found within this report?
Yes. All data can be downloaded and imported into Excel or the tool of your choice.
How often does the data refresh?
The data refreshes weekly. Updated data is available every Monday morning.
What data can I track with the Spend Analytics Report?
You can track:
- Trend and overall spend
- Spend by supplier
- Spend by category and subcategory
- Top suppliers you've spent with
- Top subcategories by spend
- Top items by category
- Top returns
- Open quotes
- Open projects
I have multiple suffix accounts with ADI; how can I view the data for each?
The Spend Analytics Report is at the eight-digit level. To view data for each suffix account you'll need to log out and log back in using that account's credentials.
Why don't I see all categories listed in the category dropdown?
Only the categories or subcategories for which you've spent with ADI in the specified timeframe will show up.
