How much does ground shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by account type, shipping destination and the weight and number of packages in an order. The cost is calculated on the checkout page so you can approve shipping charges before you order.
Do you offer other options, like two-day or next-day shipping?
Yes, we offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your project deadlines and budget. Shipping options and prices are listed on the checkout page so you can choose what you need.
Do you offer free shipping?
We sometimes offer limited-time promotions for free or flat rate ground shipping on online orders. Check the homepage and sign up for our emails to get information on current shipping promotions. We do offer free ground shipping on online orders of $500 or more.
How will I know when my shipment will arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the carrier and the shipping method chosen. We will send you an email notification with tracking information when you place an online order.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order on the website. Most packages leave our facilities within one day. We will send you another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order in your online account under "Orders."
Can I use my own shipping provider or freight carrier?
Yes. If you have freight terms with a separate shipping provider, or if you have a preferred carrier, contact your local ADI store Representative for details on how to get them added to your account. You will be able to checkout online with your preferences.
