ADI offers convenient and affordable shipping for all products we carry. Our standard delivery option is ground shipping via UPS, but we have other options to meet your project deadlines, too.

Standard Shipping FAQs

How much does standard ground shipping cost?

For orders less than $500, the parcel shipping cost is $19.99 and the LTL shipping cost is $139. If the order has any item classified as bulk, the order minimum increases to $2,500 to receive free shipping. For parcel orders that are $500 or more, shipping is free. The shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page so you can approve shipping charges before you order.

Do you offer other options, like two-day or next-day shipping?

Yes, we offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your project deadlines and budget. Shipping options and prices are listed on the checkout page so you can choose what you need.

Do you offer free shipping?

We sometimes offer limited-time promotions for free or flat rate ground shipping on online orders. Check the homepage for any current offers and sign up for our emails.

Orders of more than $500 before taxes qualify for free standard shipping using UPS ground only in the contiguous U.S. For orders less than $500, the charge for a standard ground parcel is $19.99. Offer is for small parcel only and excludes LTL.

For LTL standard shipments less than $500, the charge is $139 but free for orders of $500 or more.

If an order has bulk items, the order total must meet the minimum of $2,500 for free delivery. If a bulk order is less than $2,500, the LTL standard rate is $199.

For inside delivery, there is flat charge of $35 per shipment and if lift gate service is needed, it is flat charge of $30 per shipment.

Expedited shipment rates vary by carrier. Free shipping offers are not valid in Alaska or Hawaii.

How will I know when my shipment will arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, the carrier and the shipping method chosen. Once your order is shipped, you can track the status of your order through a confirmation email you will receive.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order on the website. Most packages leave our facilities within one day. We will send you another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order in your online account under "Orders." Can I use my own shipping provider or freight carrier?

Yes. If you have freight terms with a separate shipping provider, or if you have a preferred carrier, contact your local ADI store representative for details on how to get them added to your account. You will be able to checkout online with your preferred carrier.

I've received an LTL shipment that's damaged. What do I need to do?

Please write "DAMAGE" or "LOSS" on all copies of the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if product damage is visible. Be sure to take clear photos of the damaged packaging, any affected items, and the shipping label with tracking information. To report the damage, contact your local store, email ADIClaims@adiglobal.com, or submit a report via our online form. Please note that all shipping damage must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.
