The 5240 Series key switch devices can restrict the use of electrically operated entrance control systems, alarms, electric locks and other similar equipment. Economically designed for wall mounting, these actuation devices will limit operation to only authorized key-carrying personnel. Ideal for after-hours access into buildings with electromagnetic locks. Key switches can also be used to shunt alarms or reset delayed egress controls. Other applications can include mode selection of day/night control for automatic door operators.
