You can now connect 2N IP intercoms to Microsoft Teams via the Microsoft SIP Gateway. This lets Teams users answer intercom calls like any other Teams call – whether on a desktop client, mobile app, or compatible desk phone. They can also unlock the door remotely via the Teams dial pad from the same screen. All you need is 2N OS version 2.46.1 or higher and a lifetime MS Teams license per intercom and SIP Audio products. The rest of your 2N ecosystem connects without any additional licenses.
