The Cleerline™ SSF-1x4-RUGGED is a 1 x SFP to 4 x RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for industrial applications, offering reliable performance in extreme environments. This non-managed switch supports 10/100/1000Base-TX to 1000Base-X connections and operates within a temperature range of -40 to 75°C. Its rugged IP40-rated metal casing and DIN rail bracket make it ideal for mechanically or electrically extreme environments. The switch features a store and forward switching mechanism, auto-negotiation, auto MDI/MDI-X on every RJ45 port and supports IEEE 802.1Q Tag VLAN pass-through.
The SSF-1x4-RUGGED switch includes strong surge protection (4kV ~ 8kV) per port and is compliant with various IEC and EN standards for industrial-grade equipment. It offers redundant DC power inputs (10-60V) for enhanced reliability and features reversed power polarity protection. With dimensions of 88 x 35 x 120mm and weighing 0.38kg, it is compact and easy to install via DIN rail or wall mounting. The switch supports a back-plane switching fabric of 10 Gbps, a MAC address table of 4K, and a packet buffer size of 1MB, making it an efficient solution for reliable data transmission in industrial settings.
