The AurCore AIS2001 is a ruggedized 4-port industrial Layer 2+ managed Gigabit DIN-Rail switch featuring 4 x GE RJ45 ports and 2 x GE SFP uplink ports, delivering 12 Gbps switching capacity and a forwarding rate of 8.92 Mpps. Designed for deployment in harsh environments, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 75°C and features a fanless, all-aluminum handheld form factor with dual power input and relay alarm support, making it ideal for smart manufacturing, transportation, and outdoor IoT/IIoT deployments. The AIS2001 supports enhanced Layer 2+ network functions including Static Routing, QoS, STP/RSTP/MSTP, and ERPS, with One-key Fast Ring and One-key Storm Control delivering fault recovery times of ≤20ms for high-availability industrial networks. It offers enterprise-grade surge protection (differential mode ±2KV, common mode ±6KV) and jumbo frame support up to 9216 bytes for high-throughput applications. Management is made flexible through multiple interfaces — Telnet, SSH, SNMP, Web GUI, and CLI — all running on AURC-NOS, AurCore's proprietary network operating system, with additional support from AC-Cloud for cloud-based orchestration and AC-Net for on-premises management across your industrial network infrastructure.
