Leviton 41086-SLV is a QUICKPORT adapter designed for use in fiber optic networks, providing secure and efficient connectivity. It snaps into QUICKPORT panels or modules and features internal patented shutters on the LC adapters to eliminate the need for dust plugs, reducing waste and facilitating faster deployment. The shuttered LC adapter door illuminates when a Visual Fault Locator (VFL) is used, enhancing fiber traceability. Rated IP5x, the adapter offers limited dust ingress protection and is suitable for both permanent and temporary applications. Compatible with ST, SC, and LC QUICKPORT Adapters, it supports zirconia ceramic or phosphor bronze sleeves and works with single-mode, multimode, and laser-optimized LC fibers, with MTP adapter keying suited for single-mode applications.
