Plenum patch cords shall meet or exceed requirements for CAT6a performance described in ANSI/TIA 568-2.D. Patch cords shall be NFPA-70 CMP rated and shall be made with 26AWG stranded conductor cable to provide greater flex-life. Patch cords shall be terminated with an 8-position modular plug on each end. Patch cord plug shall be made with clear material and industry standard, ANSI/TIA-1096-A compliant 50 microinches of gold plating.
