Traditional Floor Cover For Use With Leviton 5" Poke Through Floor Box (PT500) Only; Accommodates All Standard Decora Receptacle. The Flip Lids Are A Double-Hinge Design That Can Open 180 Degrees And Lay Flat; Also Includes Metal Subplate And Pre-Assembled Gasket And Mounting Screws, And Cover Mounting Screws, Brass, Poke-Through covers are sold separately from the PT500 system, Poke-Through covers come with low voltage divide.
