DIN rail UPS battery backup offers network-grade power protection for industrial and machine control installations. The DIN24240DC standby UPS system with hardwire DC input/output delivers reliable power and battery backup for computing, networking, control and storage equipment in factories, warehouses, edge computing locations and automated manufacturing and fabrication facilities. The rugged compact housing withstands demanding conditions and integrates seamlessly and securely into electrical enclosures in any non-traditional IT environment. Get full use of the DIN24240DC’s power capacity because there is no derating based on its operating temperature range of -15°C (5°F) to 50°C (122F), which expands the number of locations in which it can be used. Built to fit into small spaces, the DIN24240DC is a UL 508 recognized component for use in industrial panels. Its pre-installed clamp enables quick mounting to a 35 mm DIN rail. Its fanless design reduces noise and increases reliability. Power outages not only drain productivity from the factory floor, but they also damage expensive equipment. The DIN24240DC protects productivity by providing enough runtime to maintain operation during a brief power outage and protects equipment by allowing it to complete an operation during an extended outage. It also prevents brownouts, overvoltages, surges and line noise from damaging equipment that could destroy data and contribute to costly downtime.
