What is ADI's return policy?

ADI accepts returns for credit on the customer's account on new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original package and in new condition. For more information on returns, visit our returns page here.

You have multiple options to pay your invoice:

  • Online: Log in to your account and view invoices under the "My Account" section on https://www.adiglobaldistribution.us/
  • By Mail: Send your check to the lockbox address listed on your invoice
  • In Person: Visit your local ADI store to make a payment
