The Leviton 499LC-GN9 FASTSPLICE LC SM APC OS2 GN is a precision fiber optic connector designed for single-mode applications. Factory polished and field installable, it is compatible with most common fusion splicers including AFL/Fujikura, Sumitomo, and Fitel, supporting 900 micron buffered fiber or 250 micron coated fiber with the appropriate fanout kit or furcation tubing. Connectors are sold in packs of 12, individually packaged in reclosable clamshells featuring part identification and strip templates. LC connectors can be paired using optional duplex clips (part number 49991-CLP) for versatile installation. The FASTSPLICE Universal Ferrule Holder (sold separately, 49886-SH1) accommodates over 100 splice-on connector terminations, enhancing capacity and organization.
