Customers eligible for an invitation must be in good standing at ADI, have an active online account, and not have conflicting pricing arrangements.

Account Activation

Eligible customers will receive a personalized registration email with a link to activate their rewards account, with only one rewards owner allowed per account.

Trouble accessing ADI Pro Rewards?

Why can't I activate my account?

You may be unable to activate your rewards account if your account is ineligible to participate, a different team member has already been pre-assigned as the designated rewards program owner, or if your ADI online username doesn't match the email currently assigned to the rewards program.

What are the eligibility requirements to participate in the program?

To participate, customers must maintain an active ADI online account and be in good standing by adhering to payment terms. Additionally, special pricing or payment arrangements, as well as other factors determined by ADI, may disqualify accounts from participating.

How many individuals per company can participate in the program?

The ADI Pro Rewards loyalty program is designed only for the owner/operator or the primary purchasing decision-maker of each company, as only one individual per ADI account is permitted to be assigned for receiving rewards. By participating, you must certify that you are the sole individual responsible for managing and redeeming rewards for your company under the ADI Pro Rewards loyalty program.

How do I find out if I am eligible or if someone else from my team is assigned to my account?

For questions about your eligibility or to verify if someone from your team was already pre-assigned as the rewards owner, please contact our online support team here to learn more or request username changes. If ineligible, you may be referred to your sales representative or branch team for further details.

Can I change the designated rewards program owner?

Yes, if your account is eligible to join the program, you can request a change by using the form or contact information in the rewards section of your ADI web account, subject to approval.
