PRODUCT LINE & PRICING
Which products will I be able to sell? You will be able to sell over 40,000 of ADI's Best Sellers. You can choose to sell all of them or as few as you'd like.
Who sets the sell price for products displayed on my website? You do! Your cost for each product will be displayed in your Website Admin Panel which only you can view, not your customers. You can make one mark up entry for all products and / or enter pricing at the individual product level.
Can I give a customer a better price on a quote that's for a large number of items? You need to have the gold package for the Quote Module. This package provides the ability to change pricing on a quote and that price will be passed onto the customer the next time they log in.
Can sign-in be required before pricing is shown? Yes, there is a feature to require login to view price.
ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENT
What payment options are available to my customers? All payments made by your customers on your website are handled by your company so you choose the payment options. You will be able to accept Visa, MC, Amex and Paypal Pro. Other payment methods may be available for an additional setup fee.
Will I be able to use coupons or have promotions? Yes, this solution comes with a promotions suite that will allow you to create a variety of promotions including Free or Discounted Shipping, % off order or products, $ off order or products.
How will the website orders be shipped? All orders are automatically transmitted to ADI for fulfillment. Shipments are fulfilled from ADI as "blind" shipments. This means they will not show an ADI label.

Will my website work on a smartphone or tablet? Yes, your website will look great on a desktop, phone or tablet.

Will I be able to optimize my site for SEO? Yes, advanced SEO tools are available for you to use.
How will customers find products easily on my site? Advanced site search makes it easy for customers to find what they need. Additionally, customers can compare products easily on the website.
How does the loyalty program work? Points are accumulated by shoppers with every purchase. These points can be converted into dollars which appear on the customer account as credit. They may use this credit toward any purchase. This is optional. You do not have to offer it to you customers.
What do I do if I need support setting up my website? No worries! Full training & support is provided by AEM.
What do my customers do if they need support using my website? Your website has a contact us page where your customers can submit a contact form to you. Additionally, you can provide other contact methods such as email, address, and telephone on the contact page as well.
How will I be charged for shipping on my customer's orders? ADI will include shipping charges on your invoice. If you prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx account simply contact your ADI Sales representative to have this set up in our backend system.
REPORTING & ADMIN
Are there any site statistics included? Yes, Google Analytics can be installed at no charge in addition to the reporting suite that is available in both the Silver and Gold editions.
Is any reporting included? Yes, a full reporting suite in included in the solution.
How will I view orders made on my site? The order manager in your admin panel will allow you to view all placed orders, order details, order status & order status details. The report suite will give you access to many order reports.
