The coronavirus relief package has been expanded. Additional funds are now available through programs designed to help small businesses like many ADI customers. To support recommendations for social distancing, we encourage you to order online at your convenience. Our website is always open. With your online account, you can also track orders; see order, invoice and statement history; reorder past shipments and more.
$10 Flat Rate Shipping for Online Orders
Get what you need without leaving your home or workplace. To minimize your need to visit a local branch, ADI is offering $10 flat rate shipping on online orders over $500. This limited-time offer applies to UPS ground shipping only. No promo code needed. Our distribution centers are working as normally; there are currently no interruptions of shipments leaving our warehouses.
Convenient Branch Pickup
Curbside Pickup We are now offering Curbside Pickup, a new temporary service to accommodate customers who want to minimize their interactions with others. Just order online for branch pickup, then call your branch upon arrival and one of our team members will bring your order to your vehicle.
After-Hours Pickup Pick Up Anytime, our 24/7 self-service option, allows you to pick up your order from a secure locker outside of the retail store. Choose Pick Up in Branch, then Pick Up Anytime at an ADI Locker, at checkout.
Branch Pickup During Store Hours Regular branch pickup lets you order from home and schedule your pickup. Just order online and choose Pick Up in Branch at checkout, then your branch and pickup date.
Extended Return Policy and Easy Online Returns
We are temporarily increasing our return policy from 30 to 60 days in order to accommodate changes to your business operations. This applies to purchases made between March 1 and April 30. Remember, you don’t have to visit a branch for returns; returns can be initiated easily online. Log into your ADI account and go to Order History to select the item you wish to return.
